Why chicken egg incubator need turning eggs

Due to the high fat content of the egg yolk, light weight, easy to go up,and the embryo in the egg yolk on top, such as long-term and do not turn the eggs,the embryo is easy with the eggshell membrane adhesion to dry, can cause embryonic deaths of large numbers.
